40-Hour Hazwoper
Our Hazwoper course offers a comprehensive 4-day program that prepares individuals for real-world hazardous materials and waste clean-up scenarios. The course includes a combination of classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and interactive group workshops. Students will gain practical experience by simulating a hazardous materials/waste clean-up drill, researching materials involved, establishing control zones, evaluating with test instruments, practicing decontamination methods, and reviewing the incident. 24-Hour Hazwoper
Our 3-day Hazwoper course is designed to address the health and safety concerns of occasional workers and visitors who may have limited potential for exposure to site hazards above OSHA’s Permissible Exposure Limits (PEL). The course covers the fundamental concepts outlined in the 40-hour course, but with a focus on the specific needs and limitations of occasional workers and visitors. Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the relevant OSHA standards and best practices for protecting themselves and others from hazardous materials and waste. Annual Hazwoper Refresher
Our annual Hazwoper course is a mandatory requirement for individuals to maintain compliance as per 29 CFR 1910.120 (e) and (q) within one year of completing their initial or last refresher course. This course not only reviews key topics from the previous Hazwoper courses, but also places a strong emphasis on new developments and updates in the field. To enhance the learning experience, the course now includes case studies and exercises. Additionally, for those who wish to participate, a fit-test for respirators with appropriate cartridges is also available. Department Of Transportation Hazmat Handler/Manifest
Our course is tailored for individuals who are responsible for the safe transportation of hazardous materials, including loading, packaging, marking, labeling and completion of shipping papers in compliance with the HM-181, HM126F and other related DOT regulations. The course will also cover the safe transportation of hazardous wastes, such as generators and shippers, and the regulations for packaging, marking and manifesting as per the requirements of the US Department of Transportation, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and Cal EPA. Emergency Response: First Responder Awareness Level (FRA)

Emergency Response: First Responder Operations Level (FRO)
Our course is specifically designed for Plant Operations Staff and other personnel who may be called upon to respond to unplanned accidents or spills. Participants will learn how to take defensive measures to contain releases from a distance, prevent the spread of hazardous materials, and minimize exposure. The course covers the recognition and evaluation of environmental and occupational hazards in emergency response situations, and the appropriate personal protective measures to take. Topics include basic hazard and risk assessment, NFPA/DOT identification systems, instrument use, toxicology, personal protective equipment selection and use, respiratory protection, self-contained breathing apparatus, basic site control, containment, and confinement operations, emergency planning, and decontamination.
